It is the power stage of the modular SINAMICS G120 converter family and is supplied with an integrated Class A line filter and a built-in braking chopper. The module has no control unit or operator panel of its own; drive intelligence, fieldbus communication and safety functions come from a separately ordered SINAMICS G120 Control Unit. Typical use is standard machinery, pumps, fans and conveyors installed in control cabinets where an IP20 built-in unit is required. The 6SL3210-1PE24-5AL0 is a SINAMICS G120 PM240-2 power module in frame size FSD, rated 22 kW for low-overload duty and 18.5 kW for high-overload duty on a 3 AC 380-480 V supply.
