This 2-pole breaker features a C-curve tripping characteristic, making it suitable for mixed loads with moderate inrush currents, such as lighting circuits, socket outlets, and small motor loads. It is rated for voltages up to 230/400V AC and offers current ratings from 1A to 63A, with a breaking capacity of up to 10kA (IEC 60898-1) and 15kA (IEC 60947-2) depending on the version. The iC65N-2P is engineered with Schneider Electric's VisiTrip™ and VisiSafe™ indicators, providing clear visual feedback on the breaker's status (ON/OFF/tripped) for enhanced safety and ease of maintenance. Its compact 2-module (36mm) width allows for space-saving installation on standard DIN rails, and it supports a wide range of accessories including auxiliary contacts, shunt trips, and undervoltage releases. Version & Model Difference

The iC65N series includes several versions differentiated by breaking capacity and curve type. The iC65N-2P is the standard version with a breaking capacity of 10kA (IEC 60898-1) and 15kA (IEC 60947-2) for ratings up to 40A. There is also the iC65H-2P with a higher breaking capacity of 15kA (IEC 60898-1) and 20kA (IEC 60947-2), and the iC65L-2P with 25kA (IEC 60898-1) and 36kA (IEC 60947-2). Additionally, the iC65N-2P is available with B, C, or D curves; the C curve is the most common for general applications. For DC applications, Schneider offers the iC65N-DC series. The iC65N-2P also comes in various rated currents, and the product reference changes accordingly (e.g., A9F74201 for 1A, A9F74263 for 63A).
