Product Description
It is installed at the pump suction port on the side, top or bottom of the hydraulic reservoir, with the suction tube immersed below the oil level and the filter head outside the tank. The self sealing valve closes when the cover is opened, so the element can be cleaned or replaced without draining the reservoir. A ZS-I type clogging indicator signals at 0.018 MPa vacuum and an internal bypass valve opens at 0.02 MPa to prevent pump cavitation. The TF-100X180L-C is a tank mounted self sealing suction oil filter (TF series, the structural replacement for the LXZ series).
