Product Description
It uses a class 2 laser with background suppression up to 19 m, so it can detect targets and ignore objects behind them. Two switching outputs are provided, one of which can be programmed as an analogue 4–20 mA or 0–10 V output, and the device is parameterised and diagnosed over IO-Link. A 4-digit display and an IP67 diecast zinc housing make it practical for factory automation. The ifm O1D100 is a photoelectric distance sensor for reliable optical measurement with ranges up to 10 m.
