Version & Model Difference
The AMPS-24/E is the enhanced version of the AMPS-24, featuring additional end-of-line (EOL) supervision for battery and AC power monitoring. The 'E' suffix indicates enhanced supervision. It is compatible with Notifier panels that require EOL supervision on the power supply. The AMPS-24 (without E) lacks this feature and is used in older panels. Both are functionally similar, but the AMPS-24/E is recommended for new installations and upgrades.
