Product Description
It provides an adjustable thermal overload release of 10 to 16 A and an adjustable magnetic short-circuit release of 130 to 220 A, protecting three-phase motors up to 12.5 kW at 690 V. The module plugs into a PKZ2 base unit to form a complete manual motor protector and is suitable for the protection of EEx e (increased-safety) motors. It is phase-failure sensitive per IEC/EN 60947-4-1 with temperature compensation and is approved to UL and CSA. The Eaton Moeller ZM-16-PKZ2 is a 3-pole motor-protector trip module (trip block) for the PKZ2 motor-protective circuit breaker system.
