Product Description
Its standard spring-return head operates the contacts with 5 degrees of pretravel and offers 90 degrees of total travel, making it suitable for lever and cam actuation on machinery. The die-cast zinc housing delivers NEMA 1, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 6P and 13 sealing with IP67 protection when assembled with an E50 body. The plug-in construction allows a worn head to be replaced quickly without disturbing the field wiring, which reduces maintenance downtime. The head requires a separate E50 switch body and a lever actuator to form a complete switch. The Eaton E50DR1 is the side rotary operating head of the E50 heavy-duty plug-in limit switch family, a NEMA-rated switch design built for demanding industrial position sensing.
